Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you complete control over your e-mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect mails from one e-mail box account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your mail accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming messages based on specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply specify the email account you want to redirect mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
